What to do when you are angry

The most effective way to deal with anger is to understand anger and its causes and deal with it properly. But it is not easy. "

"Do not give advice when angry", "Do not calmly turn your nose to anger" - in fairy tales there are many proverbs about anger, as there are about other emotions. Anger is a natural and healthy emotion, but it is very powerful. So it is important to manage it properly. Otherwise, our saying that the Vedas are not bad, proverbs are not bad. Anger is an example. Anger has great destructive power. It can destroy relationships; things can be damaged;

Quality of life can be reduced. If we don't control our anger, we will probably get caught. Almost everyone knows when these words are soft; Trust me, however, when anger sets in, none of it matters. There are different levels of anger. It can range from anger to anger. During anger, the body undergoes many physical and mental changes; Hormone levels change; Heart rate increases; Blood pressure increases; Change in breathing rate; strong muscles; distorted vision; Thoughts disappear. Lack of many emotions causes many changes in the body. The source of anger can be internal or external. Anger can be triggered by annoying people, frustrating situations, memories of past events, etc. The first reaction to anger is the tendency to act violently towards the enemy. This is a behavior found in almost all animals. But in a civilized society governed by law, prudence, common sense and social norms, this kind of behavior can die out. So, like emotions, anger management is one of the most important things in life. There are many ways to manage anger. The first example is the expression of anger. It is a good way to express anger in a non-violent way. What causes anger in any situation; Is it possible to leave the cause and achieve the goal? What obstacles may arise in this way;

What else is there in this situation - analyze things, need to satisfy our needs. For example, when rushing to work, traffic jams are distracting. Even if the next vehicle comes a little behind, it doesn't get angry. At this point, some blow trumpets and make noise; Some shout obscenities; Some play casual games; Some want to plant; Some people swerve their cars onto nearby roads to endanger other traffic.

Not much profit. Yes, dangerous. Better to use technical assistance instead. Call the person there and explain the situation, ask for a few more minutes; Finding alternate routes using wayfinding tools; Use a subway train without traffic stops; Work through video calls – Many such methods are another topic in our personal journey. There are alternatives only if anger is kept under control. Otherwise the car horn will blare as per our wish.

Another way is to swallow the anger. This intimate anger must be dealt with in other ways. An angry soul needs some form of guidance. Otherwise, it affects our body system very well. Those who do not do this and internalize their anger can have high blood pressure, depression, nervous problems, heart problems. Most people are scoffers, haters, look down on others, look down on everything, can't handle relationships, scoff at any point of view. No prejudice, no control over his anger. Chronic anger is the cause of most such situations. But they don't know much about it. In such cases when it is necessary to stop the anger, it is necessary to immediately change the train of thought. Think about positive things. There are a few more things to think about before taking the time and making a decision. One of the anger management techniques is to divert attention from the event that caused the anger.

The most effective way to deal with anger is to understand anger and its causes and deal with it properly. But it is not easy. Achieving this requires a lot of effort, sometimes training. During anger, our rational knowledge diminishes; Imagination becomes weak. Sometimes, the spirit rekindles the anger and causes the monkey to "clean the painful wound". It's hard to stop thinking in these crazy times. Instead of saying "I'm done" when negative thoughts come up, think, "I've faced and overcome many such problems before." This is just a practical experience.

Showing anger is giving it away. righteous indignation

Bathing is also therapeutic

: Get up early in the morning before sunrise, finish your daily rituals, wash your face, take a bath, perform devataran, and then pay attention to other duties.

Bathing is an important ritual. But bathing today is a way of removing dirt from the body. So there is no rule for it. Breakfast in the morning, after work in the morning, in the afternoon, after exercise, in the evening, before going to bed in the evening - there is no specific time. But our forefathers used to follow certain rules so that everything that happens every day should be good. They provide a layer of Shastra and Puranic tradition and ensure that common people also celebrate it. But when you live without rules, everything remains a question. The rule to follow while taking a bath is that the food eaten should be digested and the stomach should be empty. But hunger should not start. The ancients said that they take a bath in the morning because they cannot see the symptoms. Bathe after eating, food remains in the body without complete digestion and causes indigestion, acidity, skin diseases, many diseases related to intestines, joint pain, tumors. Everyone experiences different types of diseases - but not depending on their region, their environment, their daily activities, which lead to the creation of different types of diseases from acidity to cancer.

Benefits of taking a bath in the right way: Sleep, removes drowsiness, brings enthusiasm and happiness to the body. Also, it cleanses the body and increases energy. the smell of meat; It also reduces pain and inflammation. But if you bathe when you are not hungry or with food in your stomach, it will cause itching.

A bath done in the right way creates appetite and brings taste to the mouth. Those who are starving but have no taste for food eat before eight o'clock in the morning and get up before sunrise and bathe in hot water. Also, bathing in warm water helps the bowels to move on time. Our elders have told us not to take a bath immediately after exposure to the sun. Not only that. Do not shower immediately after working hard, exercising, playing or eating until you sweat. Bathing should be done when the circulation and other functions of the skin are fixed outside and inside the body. Otherwise small blood vessels break, excessive bleeding, thickening of the skin, high blood pressure, dizziness, headache, itching, constipation, sweating due to water change, urinary problem.

Taking a bath after going to bed at night, taking a bath after a meal brings excitement but is a source of disease. If you are tired, it is good to take a bath before dinner. Cold water is sweet in summer but not so sweet in winter. Bathing in the water of wells, streams and rivers will not cause much trouble even in winter. But bathing with cold water in pools and showers is not good. Therefore, it is good to bathe in warm water that does not get too hot or too cold throughout the year. While taking a hot bath, first put water on the feet, then put water on the head, and then take a head bath to prevent high blood pressure in the head, headache, headache, headache, head, nose swelling. , red eyes - many problems can be avoided. While bathing in cold water, applying water to the head at the same time prevents excess cold from entering the body, prevents phlegm from the head, stimulates the skin and protects the health of the body.

It is good to use sesame oil, or coconut oil or any oil that is used daily in that area in a warm bath before bathing the body to keep the mind healthy and happy. On the other hand, daily application of oil on palms, palms, ears, scalp and taking hot water baths is an important part of the routine to prevent deafness, eye problems, skin rashes. , blackening and preserving youth, as well. Enhancing the health of the body. prevention.

Instead of exercising, getting tired, sweating and taking a bath immediately, when I feel better, I rub my hands with powders - ie triphala, sago, turmeric, kumkum, sandalwood, agarwood, multani mitti - just one or two or all of them. Deleting My hands are good enough to remove all the sweat, then applying oil in the bath can maintain good health, but also maintain the beauty of the body. Cardiovascular diseases like heart attacks can be prevented through exercise modifications.

This is an easy way to increase breast milk supply

Cows need mother's milk. Breast milk is said to be equal. Babies should be breastfed by their mothers for at least one year after birth. Breastfeeding is the foundation of a child's development. But, recently, for many reasons, many women (Banantis) are suffering from lack of breast milk. Some do not produce milk. For some, the milk produced is not enough for the baby. For this reason, they prefer bottle milk. Why is this? Here are some tips on what to do to increase breast milk production.

Causes of lack of breast milk

According to scientific research, 90% of barangays produce the breast milk that a baby needs. But, due to stressful life, mothers are not able to breastfeed their children in time, so the milk remains in the breast. This leads mothers to conclude "no milk production" and start feeding their babies bottle milk. This is not the right course of action. Lack of accurate information about breast milk production has also led mothers to face such a dilemma. At such times, doctors should know an easy way to increase breast milk production. These methods are described here.

Food rich in protein

After giving birth, the mother is tired. At this time, they need protein food. Eat a nutritious diet that includes fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, carbohydrates and proteins. Fenugreek, garlic, ajawan (carom seeds), dill, nugget, cumin and oats are some foods that increase milk production. Eating such foods also gives energy to the mother and helps in the production of breast milk. Along with this, the baby should be breastfed every two hours during the day.

Drink more water

Since milk contains 87% water, lactating mothers should drink it at least two to three times a day. It helps in the production of breast milk. The best time to drink water is before and during breastfeeding. Some mothers do not breastfeed their baby at night, thinking that breastfeeding may cause vomiting. This is not the right course of action. If the baby is breastfed at night before going to bed, the milk will double. This is because the nerves in your breasts tell your brain to release "prolactin" when you breastfeed. This leads to the production of breast milk. Oxytocin is another hormone that is important for breast milk production. It helps you bond with your baby and clear your mind.

Breastfeeds well from both breasts

Another way to improve lactation is to breastfeed from both breasts. Breastfeeding with only one breast can prevent milk production. The baby should drink milk for at least 15-20 minutes. Because there is more water in the milk that comes in the first seven to ten minutes. Therefore, the baby should be breastfed for at least 10 minutes. This gives the baby more protein.

Massage often

Sometimes, milk ducts can become blocked and hardened during breastfeeding. Therefore, frequent massage of the breast allows milk to pass easily through the ducts. Even with hard breasts, massage can help dissolve the lump. Breast milk is flowing strongly

In addition to breastfeeding, milk can be pumped into a roll-on bottle using an electric breast pump. This pump is available in the market. By doing this, the baby can drink this milk instead of feeding it multiple times. It causes a feeling of increased hunger for milk. It stimulates the production of breast milk.

If milk does not come, consult a doctor

If you feel that your baby is not getting enough milk or is not growing despite drinking milk, it is best to seek medical attention immediately. Because some may not produce milk due to hormonal changes or others may not produce milk due to your daily activities.

Other reasons for not producing milk

Emotional Factors: Stress, anxiety and shame can inhibit milk production in mothers, reducing milk supply. So, breastfeed in a comfortable place and relax.

Health problems: Certain health problems such as diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and high blood pressure caused by pregnancy can inhibit milk production. Medications that contain pseudoephedrine, such as sinus and allergy medications, may decrease breast milk supply.

(Nonstick) Is it safe to use non-wooden cookware?

Dosa, chapati, uppittu for breakfast, sambar for idli... Nowadays it has become a trend for many to use non-wood cooking utensils. There is no reason for that. If food particles stick to metal or other utensils, especially when cleaning and washing them frequently, you should be careful. Soak in water for a few days, then rinse well and massage. Therefore, many people have turned to non-stick cookware because of its ease of cleaning. Another reason is that you can support your health by using less oil. But now there are many people who fear that if these utensils are used for a long time, they may get diseases.

Non-stick cookware is coated with Teflon on the inside to prevent food particles from sticking. The chemical PFOA is harmful to it. Experts warn that problems such as breast cancer, thyroid and kidney problems, infertility may occur. So don't stop using it for now but it is used for poor country food.

So it is wise to buy something that is not cooked properly. If the cover on it is bad, it is possible to replace it.

Teflon coating is suitable for use at low temperatures. If used at high temperatures, i.e. above 300 degree centigrade, it decomposes and releases toxic chemicals. Experts warn that smoking it for a long time can cause headaches and other ailments. So, although such utensils can be used repeatedly, stainless steel utensils are good for daily use. It can be used for high temperature cooking and frying. Low-stick food mix in a heavy-bottomed metal pot. The quality of metal utensils is also scratch resistant. A cast iron mixer is also good for making chapati and dosa.

Don't worry about tomorrow

Do you remember the story of Kugumari written on the doorstep from the uneducated to the educated? I now want to write Baa. Since it is a house, nothing has been written to disturb the peace of others. Here's what's important: the future of invisible music. As evidence of birth, life and death, consciousness expands. If India's population is to be reduced, the husband should be in the delivery room. Another veterinarian says: "The owner does not want to be at the last moment of his pet, he has cherished for many years, sin sees them and they die of despair, they are trying to get out of life or deny greatness. Of human experience, time is an unforgettable thing in our life, we are all temporary, past future today, Today's future is tomorrow, unfortunately, in this cycle, we ignore what's important today and get stuck. Future, life doesn't last long, life is in the moment, this moment is the most important thing in life, people become greedy because of fear of future, greed collects things, greed is what fear of tomorrow is if we don't get it. It hurts everyone whether the poor know it or not. There have been reports of extorting money from dead beggars. Greed is the result of other greeds. Religions that say it is not right to live in future misery are living a limited life. '… That's why I say, don't worry about your life. We have that. Don't worry if there is a necklace or a drink, don't worry about your body and how to use it. See the birds flying in the air. They cannot be planted or grown or harvested in hives. But does not the heavenly Father feed them? Aren't you better than them?' Note the last verse of the second chapter of the Bhagavad-gita: "vihaya kaman yah sarvan pumanscharati nisprahah, nirmamo nirahankarah sa shantimadhigachchati" - meaning he wants a change of life, i.e. form. It shows the attitude we should have in the events of life. One should put aside the desire for indulgence and rejoice in happiness. Its point is that peace is achieved when physical activity is practiced. "Kagga" has beautifully said this: "Why do you talk about anything else today? Don't worry about the situation, it's not yesterday's situation, but today's life dream. It appeared when the opportunity came. Someone else will establish it. That's why Kagga says to live alone today. It's not bad to think about the future; but about it. Worrying is not good because it is taking away from us. Gibron says, "Our anxiety does not come from thinking about the future, but from the desire to control it.

Although there is no need to worry about the future, life should be organized, without worrying about the future. Let's think about how we act in that kind of situation or when it becomes too much. First, there should be some anxiety or worry about life. Otherwise, life's work is not easy. If the result is positive, the student needs to think a little. It is a health concern. But he should know that when he dwells on one level it will hinder his work. Lack of concentration, lack of emotional control, indifference, nervousness, sudden anger, nervous tension - body aches, stomach aches, lack of appetite, insomnia - all these are symptoms of anxiety. Please note: These are symptoms of anxiety, not a disease. The solution is to remove the mind from this situation. Mainly exercise, yoga, pranayama etc. take place in flesh. We must remember how irrational worry is. Also, sharing our worries with devotees can reduce them. In some cases, when medical help is needed, one should consult a psychiatrist without delay. It is everyone's right to be healthy and happy. We must not take it away for any reason; Follow the right steps and lead a happy and stress-free life.

Finally, one concern should be mentioned. This is not the pain of life. pain of death Surprisingly, it cannot be said that only the elderly have it. Many times it reaches the level of concern even among older friends. Answer to the question: What happens on the day of death? Spirit Paradise? Reincarnation? Something! did not come back,

Childhood skin disorders

When nursing a newborn calf, the best question to ask the mother is bathing the baby. Among people living in different regions, the bathing process has developed according to their customs and traditions. When it comes to baby skin care products, some of them have a scientific approach, while others follow folk beliefs.

Skin plays an important role in maintaining the health of the body. Its function is not only to improve the appearance of the skin, but also to regulate body temperature and water content, protection against microbes, production of vitamin D - the skin has many functions. A newborn's skin is more sensitive than an adult's skin. Therefore, the chemicals we use can damage babies' skin; In addition, it has a negative effect on the health of the child. Compared to adult skin, the protective layer of the epidermis of the baby's skin is reduced and the amount of melanin in the skin is also reduced. For these reasons, babies' skin is more susceptible to tanning and UV damage. Nature has determined that the pH of a baby's skin is acidic, so bacteria cannot grow there. As soon as a newborn is born, nature puts a layer of oil called "vernix casosa" on the baby's skin. It plays an important role in regulating the baby's body temperature and preventing excess moisture from the baby's skin. Because of this, even if the child is not bathed until he comes home from the hospital, the child will not have any problem.

There are certain rules to follow while bathing a newborn at home. Take a bath with lukewarm water. Bathing should be completed in less than five minutes because the baby's body will settle down quickly after undressing. Since the baby's head is the largest part of the baby's body, keeping it wet for a long time can cause the baby's body temperature to drop quickly. Therefore, it is better to wash the baby's head at the end and dry it quickly. Care should be taken not to get water into the baby's nostrils while bathing as the baby cannot close its nose when the water comes. As the baby's umbilical cord dries up within a few weeks, care should be taken to keep it clean. Most soaps and hand sanitizers in the market are alkaline in nature. It damages baby's acidic skin. These soaps absorb oil from the baby's skin and dry the skin. If the pH of the baby's skin becomes alkaline due to these chemical reactions, the skin supports the growth of some dangerous bacteria. It is for these reasons that no cosmetic product should be used on children's skin without consulting a doctor and being influenced by social media.

Since baby's skin breathes through its pores, using powder on baby's skin can clog these pores and cause acne. Adults are not good at putting perfumes on babies and they love it. Unfortunately, the baby's nose is very irritated by this kind of bad smell, but the baby cannot express it. If the paste applied on the eyelid is not as thin as possible, it can get into the eye and harm the child's eyes.

Diaper use has increased in recent years, leading to skin inflammation in the diaper area. As baby's urine and faeces are alkaline, the skin of a baby who wears clothes all the time is damaged. Giving your baby diapers at home can help prevent diaper rash. Massaging babies with oil is a common practice in India. In many villages, the baby is bathed with coconut oil. Coconut oil is suitable for children's skin because it reduces skin dryness and the effect of skin allergies is less in coconut oil.

A baby's skin health is a reflection of their overall health and development

Raising awareness of observing children's "behaviour".

which

Parents need to recognize difficult "behavior problems" in children, respond to them, and solve them immediately. Even the slightest negligence can lead to serious consequences. Dọkịta, elle a six ans. Hasigeli Uchche Madkotale. It embarrasses me when someone insults me.

“Sir, he is four years old now. I'm just laughing at myself'

- These are words that every doctor hears from parents at one time or another in their work. These are all examples of behavior problems in children. Why create such a problem with children? Let's take a quick look at this. Anorexia nervosa

It is more common in teenage girls. These children, who are underweight for their age, skip meals because of the irrational fear of becoming overweight. Some people exercise excessively to lose weight, while others binge on everything they eat. Some children use antidiarrheal medications. Mental illness like anxiety, depression, obesity, etc. more common in these children. Due to lack of nutrition, various physical problems such as changes in blood pressure, swelling of legs also appear. Psychologists and psychiatrists should be consulted and given appropriate treatment. Bulimia nervosa

It is also a behavior problem that appears in teenage girls. Children with this problem overeat for a certain period of time. They forcefully vomit whatever they eat, fearing that it will make them gain weight. Some exercise excessively. Diarrhea medications and enemas are also used for weight loss. This practice usually lasts three months, usually twice a week. Children with this disorder also have many physical and psychological problems.

quick

It is a common problem in children under the age of five. Children with this disorder crave non-food items such as mud, paint, chalk, dirt, crayons, etc. This problem affects children who are neglected, abused, unloved, mentally disturbed, etc. These children often have health problems such as iron deficiency anemia, obesity, and elevated lead levels. They must be identified and treated properly. Psychiatrists should be consulted if necessary.

Extreme anger: This problem usually occurs in children under the age of three and peaks at about six years of age. Some children scream excessively, bite, throw, kick, push, and bang their foreheads against the wall to get their parents' attention. Parents should understand the situation of a child who does this kind of behavior and act in a calm way without getting angry when he shows anger. After a while, the child will stop showing so much anger on his own. In such cases, the child must be careful not to injure himself. Constipation: Some children may be withdrawn. Then, some children turn white while others may turn blue. Some children may die and others may have seizures. This problem, which is common in children under two years of age, decreases with time.

Parents should not panic too much. In this case, the child will be turned to the side, and the secretions from the mouth will be wiped. Since iron deficiency anemia can occur in children with this condition, it should be diagnosed and treated appropriately. Urinary problems

In about two years, the child will control urination during the day. Some children can wash their own clothes at night until they are six years old. If it persists after six years, treatment is required. Control the consumption of water and other liquids after 5 pm, limit drinks such as tea, coffee, put a cover under the bed, urinate before going to bed, make yourself responsible for cleaning things. private bed, marking in the statistics book the night without urine (dry) and giving small gifts to encourage it. This problem can be solved by a simple method like donation.

Parents should not get angry and punish the child when they see such a difference in their children's behavior. This is useless. The problem can be worse in situations that bring stress and anxiety such as exams, homework, etc. Therefore, parents should not be impatient.

Stool control occurs shortly before urine control. Once the child reaches the age of two, using the toilet should become a habit. If the behavior is tested early, the child may not respond. Since the child is forced to hold the stool, the problem of constipation arises.

Some children pass stool in small amounts like poop, while others pass stool in their pants. Appropriate treatment and professional advice should be sought.

In addition, only suitable toilets should be used and attention should be paid to the child's privacy.

Heal the wounds

Wound management is a challenge for medical science. It is very important to be careful not to get infected while they are being treated. Some injuries require hospital treatment. Other things can be done at home. But it is important for everyone to know the important things when taking care of wounds. Because if injuries are not managed properly, they can also affect a person's overall health. There are many causes of injury. In this case, the doctor will start the surgery by making an incision in the skin. But it's a straight line wound made in a clean and dirty area. As it is managed in a hospital under the guidance of a doctor, there is a small risk of infection. This is why surgical wounds usually heal within a certain period of time. However, healing wounds from other causes is not easy; There are many factors involved. It is not the cause of the injury. Road accidents, falls, house or industrial fires, cuts from sharp tools, construction accidents, slips and falls in bathrooms/toilets, leaks of dogs and other animals - the most common type of injury. What should you do immediately after an injury?

Minor injuries can be treated at home. But serious injuries that are deep and profusely bleeding require hospital treatment. Wash the wound immediately with clear water. Bleeding areas should be clamped. If ice cubes are applied to the bleeding area, the bleeding can be controlled to some extent. Bleeding can be controlled by wearing clean clothes. If it is not controlled within 10 minutes, it should be taken to the hospital immediately. Immediately pouring cold, clean water over the fire will help control the body's fire process to some extent. If analgesic oil is available, it should be applied to the wound. Vaccination against tetanus should be mandatory if the wound and its surroundings come in contact with soil and other dust. If the wound is large and deep, joining together and suturing helps the wound heal quickly. Some wounds require daily cleaning (clothing). But this method should use non-toxic materials. A doctor or qualified nurse will clean the wound thoroughly to prevent infection. In such a case, it is advisable to visit the nearest hospital every day and clean the area. Some other shallow wounds are best treated with topical cream alone. If the wound is on the part of the body that moves or is in tension, it is better to cover it with a clean cloth (bandage). But keeping clean is very important.

Scarring depends on its depth, width and other factors. Factors such as the patient's physical condition, especially blood sugar, nutritional status, restrictions, etc. can affect wound healing. Disease is the main factor that makes the healing process difficult. If a person has diabetes, appropriate medication should be used to control sugar levels under the guidance of a professional. Otherwise, high blood sugar levels promote the growth of bacteria and the wounds that are caused easily. Touching the wound with dirty hands or utensils can also cause infection. So pay attention to that.

Swelling, pain, sores, a bad smell, or fever and sores that are healing indicate that the sores may be infected. A doctor's advice is important in such cases.

There are three steps in every wound healing process. Once the inflammatory process begins and white blood cells kill any bacteria that may be present, platelets are collected to stop the bleeding.

The sores will subside within a few days. Later, the connective tissue breaks down and separates due to various repetitive processes. Protein is important for building all tissues and for a strong immune system. In addition, there is a need for micronutrients such as iron, calcium, magnesium. Therefore, eating a diet rich in protein is also important for wound healing. Getting enough oxygen in this part is also important. Therefore, if the person has anemia or smokes, the treatment will be reduced. As the body and mind are closely related, the state of mind of a person is also very important. A happy, stress-free mood with a positive attitude can also help the wound heal faster.

Children's Day Special-Unless the mind is a 'child', the mind of a child will never be known... Why do children become rebels?

Has it been a year since he sat down and ate with us? Even if we call him, he shrugs. He gets angry if he tries to say something. Shows impatience. He is worried that he has built another world.

He gives the example of his friends for everything. He thinks that what we are doing for him is nothing. He doesn't feel that mom and dad are there to take care of his needs, they have their own existence. This behavior of the son is very annoying...

If you speak one, she will answer ten. Now she doesn't like the clothes we bring. If you question anything, she acts harshly. No matter what is done for her, there is no satisfaction. She is not happy even after giving everything she asked for.

This is the story of many houses. Complaints of parents about children, resentment of children about parents is always present. This conflict changes its form and definition and causes a kind of unrest in households. Because of this conflict, parents and children stumble through the doors of private counseling centers.

The biggest challenge these days is parenting. There is confusion in the matter of child nutrition. Anxiety no matter how raised; Something to worry about. If there are more working fathers and mothers, their restlessness cannot be said. Children have the problem of being concerned about the language spear, harshness, quick reactions that change day by day, getting anxious and needing to be comforted.

They rejoice at the small joys children give, listen to the small sweet news they bring, find happiness in the joys they want, pour all their hard work and live the dreams of children. The only question that many people have is that why do the children we raise get angry when they see us.

Even if the desired world is brought and presented to them, why do the children become rebels? Regardless of respect, Kinchit sees parents as unworthy of love. How to cool this anxiety? .

What can be done to prevent conflict between children and parents? The dangers that can be faced are not less because the parents compromise everything and provide them with everything they want. Is it so easy to prepare children to accept the socio-economic limitations of mom and dad?

The conflict between children and parents is not new, it exists in all times and in all classes. He says that the way of looking at it has changed now

Their children should not experience the hardships, pain, humiliation and defeats they experienced in childhood. Parents who want to provide all the privileges to them should be convinced that this is not a mindset conducive to the development of their children. Giving them everything before they want it is not the solution to this problem. Children need the experience of gaining as well as losing. Just winning is not life. There should also be an experience of defeat. If a thing is handed over to them as soon as they hear it, if everything gets tangled up without effort, they will not have the experience of life. If you give everything that is asked, it means that you are leading the children in the wrong way. He says, tolerance, patience, adaptability should be taught along with losing.

However, most parents lack the skills to manage such children. Apart from this, they also become anxious and torment the children. They go on to impose their social-family expectations, personal ideals, thoughts, annoyance at the workplace, mental stress and all the emotions on the children. Thus, they also become frustrated, and sow impatience in the children.

The main reason for the conflict is the age gap between the two. There is a gap of at least 30 years between children and parents. It is wrong to see in children the childhood, life and behavior of 30 years ago. Don't forget that there is a gap of 30 years between your life and their life,' says Bharti Singh, a close consultant in Bangalore.

If the cause is known, the solution is easy

Every behavior of children has a reason. The sooner the cause is identified, the sooner the problem can be resolved. Sometimes, some kids act like this to see if you will accept their behavior, attitude, decisions.

Sometimes imitation can be done by watching other children. Seeing such behavior in relatives' children, neighbors or friends, they may also start doing the same. This is not proper behavior. They should be convinced in a gentle manner that such behavior is not acceptable.

A child may behave this way to get your attention, to spend time with you, to socialize and lighten up. Make some time for them. They can do this to avoid parental control over their lives and gain independence. It can also be a result of hormonal changes that you don't understand yourself. Be calm and patient. Know the reason behind their behavior and try to address it in the right way. If that is not possible within your limits then take the help of relatives, friends, teachers or experts.

A child is a beautiful poem. It is not something that can be understood at once. However, it is not an incomprehensible Mahagrantha. Must be read with care. It should be fixed with love. Only then it can become the epic of our life.

Do this...

- Don't expect children to take every step with parental permission.

- Don't impose all your dreams on children. He is the dreamer who has slipped your hand, the aspirant

Don't blow your nose: here are tips on nasal health

As one of the five senses, the nose aids the head and is an important part of the respiratory system. If there is a nosebleed or other discharge during an accident, the doctor will immediately examine the head to see if the brain and skull are healthy. When a person gets too much sunlight, the blood pressure is high, there is bleeding. Cold starts and allergies can also cause inflammation of the sinuses in winter. Sometimes, it can also cause clots in the blood vessels in the brain. That is why there is no nasal problem that can be ignored. Common nasal problems

Inflammation of the sinuses (sinusitis): A sinus is a narrow sac-like opening in the frontal bone. It usually contains mucous membranes and produces a small amount of mucus. When there is a viral or microbial infection, the secretion increases due to the inflammatory process.

Sinusitis, which often starts with a cold or flu, is particularly offensive to smokers and those who suffer from the disease. Symptoms are nasal congestion, runny nose (cold and discharge from the back of the nose into the throat), severe pain in the nasal cavity and forehead, headache, heaviness in the head, pain that increases when bowed head. Sometimes symptoms like cough and bad breath can also appear. When such symptoms are affected, methods such as applying a clean cloth of hot water to the forehead and face and breathing hot water can help control the symptoms to some extent. Avoid cold and keep the body as warm as possible. Hot water and hot food should be consumed. If it is not under control, consult a doctor. Allergy (rhinitis): Inflammation of the eyes, ears and throat, and nasal swelling caused by allergies are common. Symptoms of nasal inflammation include runny nose, sore throat, runny nose, severe cold, constant runny nose, voice changes, etc. Allergens often include cold weather (air), pollen, insect products (such as cockroaches), dust particles, smoke, smoking, perfumes, and certain animal and vegetable products. Allergy sufferers should closely monitor the cause of the problem and avoid it as much as possible. In some special laboratories, it is analyzed what the allergic process starts in a person. With the help of such a test, a person can try to find out the cause of the allergy. Bleeding: There are many causes of bleeding. The main ones are hay fever, chronic cold, inflammation of the sinuses, severe sneezing, blow to the nose, head or face, travel to high altitudes such as mountains, deviated nasal septum (DNS), internal tumors nose, high blood pressure. . , excessive alcohol and tobacco use, etc.

Do not panic as soon as you see blood coming from the nose. Sit up straight and tilt your head and neck slightly forward. This prevents blood from entering the throat, which can cause nausea and vomiting. In this case, take a deep breath through your mouth to flush out any blood that may be in your mouth. As much as possible, the blood should be removed from the vial or bag. It helps to know the amount of blood lost in the body. Tissue paper or tissue paper should be used to cover the nose. Use the thumb and forefinger to pinch the nose. When you press like this, the soft part of the nose should press against the strong midrib. Bleeding stops when pressure is held for about two to five minutes. If ice cubes are available, they should be wrapped in a polythene sheet and kept near the nostrils. It constricts blood vessels and stops bleeding quickly. If it doesn't stop, see a doctor. Problems with the perception of smell: In nasal allergies, it is difficult for a person to smell for a while. Once the problem is resolved, it resolves itself. But with some brain disorders (Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease), a person can sometimes lose the ability to perceive the smell. A neurologist should be consulted with these problems. remember

Do not put your finger or anything else like a pen or pencil in your nose.

l People with allergies should eat hot water and hot food in winter. Do not use cold food stored in the refrigerator.

May Manonanda grow, may Balananda be healthy!

It doesn't matter what size stone is thrown into the pool of mind. But what matters is that it stirred the waters. Trauma to the developing mind in particular has a profound effect. There is another point to note. Even if rain water falls on it without falling of stone, it will be disturbed. Even if the bindi is dipped to fill it, the water in the pond becomes cloudy. In other words, this kind of confusion has become natural in mental business. Just as the distant hill is smooth, the distant lake is calm and waveless. As soon as you get closer, you can see that its surface is shaking. Human mind is the same. Everything is beautiful from afar. But the ripples of tumula are visible only when close.

Against this background, an attempt has been made in this article to show how students-teachers-parents can complement each other and form a strong mind and personality.

It is wrong to make children tired under the pretext of discipline. There is no learning without some degree of tension. Learning is an unpleasant experience for all children. But once the taste for reading is acquired, no one can stop such a student. It cannot be forgotten that children also have minds, they also have respect, and they also have rights within the framework of the law. Especially if they are humiliated in front of their peers, they will bear it. So the teacher should be more careful while speaking in the class. Even though children look strong on the outside, there may be a weakness inside. It is better to scold the children when they do something wrong, but to call them to the teacher's room and warn them. In the classroom, the good qualities of the student should be praised in front of everyone. A teacher of children should have Nirvyajapriti. Even if their favorite teacher punishes or scolds them, the children will resist. If at first the children's love earns them respect, even if they are punished a little, they will absorb it and make up for their mistakes. Now the house is not full of children like in the past. There will be one or two. Therefore, they should be educated and educated. When children's minds are engaged in more activities, they become more active, their minds are empty, and negative thinking is avoided. This is what extracurricular activities are for. Teachers should ensure that all children participate in school cultural and sports competitions. There are victories and defeats, pain and humiliation that make children stronger.

Home environment affects the mental strength of students; Mainly the attitudes of the parents. The couple should behave at home so that the child does not feel insecure. If they are the ones who are struggling, or if one or both of them are addicts, it will have an adverse effect on the child. Keeping the TV on all the time, using vulgar words, profanity, and obscene conversation at home should not be done. Children should be taught healthy activities. Both male and female should be taught housework. The feeling that no one is unimportant in the home should be inculcated in the children. Then naturally responsibility arises in them.

Children spend more time at home than at school. So children's minds are formed mostly in the home environment. Along with food, parents should provide children with love, trust, hope, faith and self-sacrifice. Then the children will be strong and able to withstand any pressures not only in school but also in the outside world. All the family members should take part in activities such as traveling together, playing games together, music and literature. Just as children celebrate when they win, their defeat should be accepted with joy. Children should know that losing is not a disgrace. Mainly parents should gain full trust of children. If there is no complete trust, they will not open themselves up, nor will they reveal what is within them. In any case, the child should have an open opportunity to share his feelings with his parents. Children do not lose confidence when they have strong faith that their parents will be with them in spite of the whole world. When children's minds are depressed, it should be recognized and given appropriate help in time to help them improve. Teachers-parents should take careful action in such situations to water the plant before it wilts. May Manonandana flourish, may Balanandana be healthy!

As the body ages, so does the mind and brain. But "stage" never gets old!

Take a look around you. The age of the entire world is increasing. People who used to think that 60 years old is old, have now reached a stage where they don't accept 80 years old. Along with better living conditions, modern hospitals have increased life expectancy and the number of elderly in our midst is increasing. The attitude of elders has changed with time. Now they don't accept calling anyone "old man", "old man"! Unless they can be called "grandpa" around their grandchildren, others say "Dad/Grandma, how are you?" Calling them "adults" respectfully brings pride to their faces.

A common complaint is that these seniors with life experience do not listen to their grown children (now seniors themselves). When society stands aside and advises children, children become helpless. They also condemn their parents for being strict like their children. Why is that?? When children are told not to do certain things/activities out of concern for their health, what if adults stick around? As the body ages, so does the mind and brain. But "stage" never gets old! Energy that diminishes with age creates a kind of "fear of death." In the minds of self-employed and non-retired people, their rights have been taken away, their needs taken away. In such cases, the 'missing song' prevents children from listening. Similarly, parents do not watch their children well and let them do what they want; On the other hand, he is old, he is not saying even if we give him everything that is sufficient. They wander without listening to us. Children often say "we are your burden" as soon as it is a health problem; This is a big problem these days. Who is right? Who is at fault? Who should listen to whom?!

As a psychiatrist, every day I see these elders and their children, I feel that they are both "good", "Is their behavior appropriate for their age? In many families, children cannot leave their work, leave. After school, come to the village to be with their parents. So a son/ If the daughter says to her parents, "You come, stay with us, I'll do it here", the parents are not ready to leave them. To stay for a long time" . In such endurance, men prevail! Along with this, he often thinks about something "strange": "I haven't seen this fatigue in years, doctor. Never climbed the steps of a hospital, four times went to camp. Now I'm tired." "He goes back and forth" is his hope! But now, it is not easy for him to accept that what he has is not a disease, but a natural process called "decline". His children know him. But they do not know how to explain it to the elders. This causes many conflicts between adults and children.

How can the situation be improved? Things to watch out for seniors

• You are eligible; was examined. Think about the bad behavior problems your elders caused you when you were younger/their role models did well. • Others in the community may respect you; But you cannot take that responsibility. Respect children's effort and concern, speak clearly. • Don't say "You are a burden to the children". By repeating this over and over again children can also be born. It is wise to impose some restrictions on yourself to maintain your health. Be active in family relationship settings. What to look for in older children

• Caregiving role of parents. Can also bring gratitude. Don't forget to set an example for your children.

• Don't immediately respond to society by saying, "You should have done this, you should have looked this way." If you have done your job honestly, leave it at that. If in doubt, seek professional advice. We are your company!

• Don't think your kids aren't watching you when you're helping the elderly in public.

• Do not read/involve adults in activities of public institutions without asking/convincing their children. • Give advice quickly, avoid being a time hero.

Let us all follow these tips to improve the lives of the elderly and give them a "clear mind from childhood".

Health: Chul's teeth!

Many people suffer from toothache or jhum during winter. The main reasons are as follows. A tooth consists of layers called enamel, dentin and pulp. The structure and function of each layer is different. The cold air outside the mouth compresses the different layers of the navel teeth. There is a difference when the hard layer of the tooth, enamel, and the inner layer, dentin, contract. This puts pressure on the tooth causing a painful experience.

When it's cold, the tongue craves warm food. Therefore, if it is true that the mouth is heated by taste, the nerve endings in the teeth are made by this heat, against the environment. It manifests as jhum or pain. People who suffer from cold and sinusitis have big cheeks and forehead and toothache. As the sinusitis subsides, the toothache subsides immediately. Some have problems with the color of the teeth (tempromandibular joint) from the beginning. It is likely to increase during the winter. When it's cold outside, the muscles work harder to raise the temperature inside the body. Face training is no exception. Because of their work, the teeth are constantly grinding against each other. This causes the hard surface of the tooth to collapse and lose its protection. The outside air can affect the teeth a lot. In winter, there is less sunshine and most people stay indoors. Vitamin D is important to make teeth strong. Sunlight is the best source. Without it, teeth will weaken due to lack of vitamin D. There is a high chance that teeth will break and crack. Consumption is usually higher in winter. Therefore, it is common to brush your teeth frequently and soundly so as not to damage them. This leads to damage to the tooth enamel. Because of this, the unbearable experience of jhum is also common. solution

l breathe through your nose. Breathing through your mouth can cause a dry mouth and cause swelling of the gums and tongue. l-wash your teeth in the right order; Brushing your teeth two or three times a day is enough. No needlessly fast. Replace the brush every two months. A soft toothbrush is recommended. The gum area should be massaged after brushing. The tongue should be washed. Eat sweets in moderation. Food should include vitamin D rich foods, fish, eggs, milk yogurt. It's a good idea to wear a warm head and mouth mask when you run or exercise, taking care not to get cold air in your mouth.

The body needs cool water even in winter. If the amount of water decreases, the amount of saliva also decreases. This can cause swelling and pain. It is important to know the exact cause of any type of toothache. In this regard, you should go to the dentist for information about the type, frequency and duration of the pain and get the appropriate treatment. .

If you understand the value of ragi, you'll give it to your kids every day.

Our traditional cuisine is ragi, a tiny grain that is high in minerals, immunity-boosting fibre, protein, iron, and calcium. In addition, it is a cure-all for anaemia problems and contains vitamin B, vitamin D, magnesium, and B vitamins.

Sorghum, bajra, finger, tiny, kodo, foxtail, proso, and barnyard millet are just a few of the millets that are farmed all over India.

Encourage children to practise millet because less people are eating the grain nowadays. Children in particular are aware that millet can only be used to make foods like millet lump or malt. As a result, kids could be reluctant to eat millet. However, eating millet plays a role
