Crunchy Gari Gari: Cutlet Avalakki

 


 

Required equipment: 

 

A cup of thin avalakki, two boiled potatoes, a quarter teaspoon of turmeric, salt powder, garam masala, am chur, cat masala, ginger, garlic paste, black pepper, 3 spoons of flour, three spoons of breadcrumbs. , two spoons of coriander leaves, one spoon of maida flour, half a liter of oil, salt to taste.

 Method of preparation: Take thin avalakki and wash it immediately in water and put it in a big bag. Add two boiled potatoes, turmeric, powder, garam masala, am choor powder (mango powder), cat masala, ginger, garlic paste, coriander leaves, black pepper in the same pot. Chapati should be mixed with less than half flour without adding water. Put cornmeal, flour, chili powder, salt and water in another container and mix the water into dosa paste. For the same mixture, the usual mixture should be shaped into a large flat shape. Take it out immediately, put it in baking powder, add a little oil and fry until golden brown.
