Biryani from different towns

 


 Ingredients required: Chakan 1 kg, Baskati rice 1 kg, Onion 5 large, Tomato - 6, Anise 2 tbsp, Black pepper. 5-6, Coriander - 1 cup, Mint, 2 tablespoons of coriander, 10 grams of garlic, 1 tablespoon of ginger, 1/2 tablespoon of rice, Cashews - 10, Coconut - 1/2 cup, Ghee - 2 tablespoons, Lemon - 1 , garam 2 tbsp masala, 1/2 cup grapes


Biryani Masala: Mix the minced ingredients with anise, sauerkraut, coriander, mint, coriander seeds, garlic, ginger and rice.


Put 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan and saute onion on hot biryani massage. Add chicken, salt, garam masala, mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Grind the coconut and cashew nuts and add to the masala. When the water is boiling in another vessel, add rice, lemon, salt, cloves and water.

Hyderabad Biryani

Method of Preparation: In a bowl add curd, fine powder, ginger-garlic paste, pickle, black pepper, mint, mint, coriander, lemon, chicken masala, coriander powder, 2 tbsp oil and mix well. Roasted Chin Biryani


Ingredients: Chicken-1 kg, baskati rice 2 cups, 4-5 onions, mint, coriander leaves? Gravy, ginger garlic paste

Preparation: In a bowl add 2 tablespoons of chicken, garlic paste, salt powder, pinch of garam masala, chopped curry leaves, black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, cornflour,


Add salt, mix well and let stand for 1 hour.


Place a separate bowl on the stove and add 3 tbsp oil, thinly sliced ​​onions and saute well. By the way


Add a spoonful of ginger-garlic paste. Add mint, coriander leaves, linseed, cinnamon, bay leaves, cinnamon, Shahijira, 3 peppercorns and mix well. Add the soaked rice for 15 minutes. Add salt to 3 cups of water


Put it in my pot. Put curd, biryani paste, salt, 2 spoons of butter in a bowl and mix well. Fry another chicken and stir in the fried chicken. The rice is cooked


Spread the chicken on top and add onions in the oil if desired. Leave it for 5 minutes.
