People dread going to the beauty parlour, spa or salon in view of revitalizing the skin from wind, sun and dust.
Spending more time at home during this time can give the skin spa quality care.
Body polishing once a day for 15 days rejuvenates the skin. Homemade body polish scrub is the main ingredient for body polish.
It can be made from materials available at home. Make a paste by mixing oats, sandalwood, rose petal powder, milk, curd, coconut water, honey, ghee, mint powder. Moisten the body with warm water. Then massage in a circular motion.
You can use lemon, orange or banana peel for massage.
The scrub mixture should be massaged with a fruit peel. Then wash off with lukewarm water and massage with olive or coconut oil. Dip the towel in hot water and relax.
If the towel lacks steam, re-soak it in hot water. Take 20-25 minutes of hot water steam. Massage gently with salt or sugar for two minutes. After steaming hot water, massaging salt or sugar will remove dead skin.
After washing with warm water, mix strawberry fruit (use orange juice if strawberry is not available) and massage with vitamin E oil and leave for 15 minutes. Fruit packs are an effective way to lighten skin.
Taking a bath with hot water after it all relaxes both the skin and the mind. .
